We receive personal, non-public information about clients from the following sources:
Personal tax data organizers which clients fill out and submit to us
Originals or copies of financial forms and documents which clients provide to us
Financial information provided to us by third parties at clients' instruction
Any other communications or documents clients provide to us throughout the year
Communications from the IRS and/or state agencies if so authorized by clients
No personal client or business information is ever disclosed to any person or organization except as required by law or as instructed by the client.
Client records are protected by physical and electronic safeguards and when paper records are discarded, they are shredded to prevent disclosure of the contents.
This privacy policy will apply to all clients, including inactive clients.
